Company registration at One-stop shops

One-stop shops are entry points and are operating within the e-VEM project. The e-VEM project follows the strategic goals of the Ministry for Public Service and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. The project follows those public administration’s goals that are focused on users and creation of a friendly environment for the development of entrepreneurship.

The main purpose of the e-VEM project is to provide suitable information support for future entrepreneurs and enable them to start with business operations in the shortest time possible.

In 2009, Slovenia was represented as a good practice and received the UN reward for the excellence of public administration.

The purpose of One-Stop shops is to enable entrepreneurs to arrange company registration in Slovenia free of charge and at the same time make all the formalities required with starting a business in Slovenia.

One-Stop Shop DATA

The company DATA d.o.o. is also one of the One-stop shops, where we offer complete help for company registration.

In year 2012 Data d.o.o. in comparison with other 143 One-stop shops registered 11,6% of all sole traders and 7,3 % of all Limited Liability Companies. Together Data d.o.o. performed 10,3% of all company incorporations. If we talk in numbers, company Data d.o.o. performed 1.588 registrations last year.
